Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret job orders and BOMs.
• Capable of identifying required parts and their locations.
• Proficient with handheld and power tools and fasteners.
• Demonstrates safe work practices and PPE usage.
• Comfortable reading measurement scales and using gauges.

Responsibilities

• Read and comprehend a job order and bill of materials.
• Identify parts used on assigned product line and their placement.
• Identify power and hand tools used on the line.
• Perform assembly tasks with hand or power tools.
• Document parts and descriptions from work orders.
• Measure with rulers, tapes, squares and gauges.
• Fasten parts with bolts, screws, rivets or fasteners.
• Maintain clean, safe and orderly work area.
