Hall Manufacturing is seeking experienced sub arc welders with machine operating experience in North Little Rock, AR. This role offers a 4-day work week on 10-hour shifts, emphasizing safety, punctuality, and teamwork.

You will operate Lincoln DC 1000 with NA Controller, read blueprints, weld parts, inspect quality, and collaborate to meet production goals. Requires 3+ years welding and ability to lift 50 lbs.

Qualifications

Hall Manufacturing is looking for experienced and driven sub arc welders with machine operating experience. This is an opportunity not just to work, but to build a career towards leadership. Operating machines, including some robotic machine welds. Knowledge of welding principles is a must. Analyze engineering drawings/blueprints, assemble using tools and fabrication machines, cut/contour metal, weld and consult on progress with team, inspecting for functionality and safety. Accountability and time-sensitive execution is critical in this position.

The candidate will have experience running a Lincoln DC 1000 with NA Controller to operate the sub-arc machine. Experience in blueprint and welding symbols can make the operator a quick fit for our needs.
