As an RN, you will deliver safe, therapeutic care from admission to discharge, collaborating with physicians, families, and the healthcare team.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care including medication administration, assessments, wound care, and documentation.
• Supervise daily activities of Nursing Assistants.
• Monitor residents' conditions and notify physicians of changes.

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited nursing program.
• Current, active OH RN license and CPR certification.
