Job summary

The Lockwood Group is seeking a qualified candidate near Huntsville, AL, to support AMCOM Logistics Center with NET planning, training delivery, and lifecycle logistics for UAS platforms. The role requires travel up to 50% CONUS and a strong background in DoD training programs and logistics.

Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent military or industry experience may be considered. Active SECRET clearance or ability to obtain one is required.

Qualifications

• SUAS Master Trainer experience and ability to travel up to CONUS 50% for field and training on UAS Group 1 and Group 2 platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent military or industry experience may be considered.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant DoD experience in weapon systems logistics, sustainment, or training programs.
• Experience supporting NET programs for military systems and lifecycle logistics.
• Familiarity with Army acquisition, sustainment, and training documentation processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Platform Instructor and Training SME during NET events for military and civilian personnel.
• Deliver hands-on, classroom, and field training to warfighters on UAS platforms in accordance with training regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support training, fielding, and sustainment of UAS capabilities.
• Develop NET plans and manage NET activities across the lifecycle of assigned UAS weapon systems.
• Coordinate with Government stakeholders to ensure NET milestones and deliverables are met on schedule.
• Manage Training Support Packages (TSPs) and train data updates in approved databases.
