Job summary

T3i, Inc. is seeking SUAS Field Service Representatives to serve as embedded instructors and operators for Group 2 fixed-wing and Group 1 FPV UAS programs.

These roles provide senior-level tactical instruction and operational, management, maintenance, and sustainment support for deployed combat systems. The part-time role includes classroom and field instruction, flight demonstrations, performance evaluations, tactical operations, and program logistics to ensure safe and effective system

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of FPV drone flight experience.
• Experience flying a fixed-wing drone.
• Current FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot License (must maintain).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proficient with computers, email, mobile messaging, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Recommend training strategies, deployment priorities, and sustainment plans aligned to customer mission requirements.
• Coordinate training resources and support activities across multiple functional teams and customer units.
• Pilot fixed-wing UAVs for developmental testing, training, and live demonstrations.
• Lead tactical flight operations including offensive and defensive mission scenarios and precision employment.
• Conduct Functional Check Flights on newly assembled aircraft and verify flight readiness.

Job Summary:
SUAS Field Service Representatives (FSRs) will serve as T3i’s primary embedded representatives for a Group 2 fixed-wing and Group 1 FPV UAS program, providing senior-level tactical instruction and operational, management, maintenance, and sustainment support for deployed combat systems.

Job Summary:
SUAS Field Service Representatives (FSRs) will serve as T3i’s primary embedded representatives for a Group 2 fixed-wing and Group 1 FPV UAS program, providing senior-level tactical instruction and operational, management, maintenance, and sustainment support for deployed combat systems.
FSRs are responsible for end-user proficiency, operator readiness, instructional quality, and tactical curriculum integrity. The role includes tactical operator development, student assessment, curriculum refinement, operational advisory support, and program administration and logistics as required.
T3i is seeking part-time FSRs with a minimum of one year of fixed-wing and FPV drone flight experience. FSRs will conduct classroom and field instruction, flight demonstrations, performance evaluations, tactical operations, Risk Assessment Evaluations, and other activities necessary to support safe and effective system employment.
Applicants must be proficient in fixed-wing and FPV flight, Group 2 UAS operations, and mission-level operational integration, and must be capable of performing their duties across a wide range of weather, terrain, and environmental conditions.
Responsibilities:

• Recommend training strategies, deployment priorities, and sustainment plans aligned to customer mission requirements
• Coordinate training resources and support activities across multiple functional teams and customer units
• Pilot fixed-wing UAVs for developmental testing, training, and live demonstrations
• Lead tactical flight operations including offensive and defensive mission scenarios, immediate action drills, and precision employment via fixed-wing FPV drones
• Conduct Functional Check Flights (FCF) on newly assembled aircraft and verify flight readiness prior to operations
• Verify aircraft configuration against test cards and bills of material prior to deployment
• Design and execute field training events that emphasize flexible, creative approaches in high-stakes, realistic operational environments
• Execute and support test campaigns using both Group 1-2 quadcopter and Group 2 fixed-wing UAV platforms
• Maintain safe operations with multiple drones in dynamic, high-tempo environments
  

Required Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of FPV Drone flight experience
• Experience flying a Fixed Wing Drone
• Current FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot License (must maintain)
• Complete the T3i FPV instructor skills assessment
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Proficient in computers, email, mobile messaging, and MS Office
• Physically capable of extended outdoor operations in varying weather conditions
• Possess a valid US Passport
• Eligible for USG Secret security clearance
  

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Familiar with ArduPilot and Mission Planner
• FPV or Fixed wing drone design, testing, and build experience
• Military SUAS or Special Operations experience
• Instructor experience, including course development and administration

T3i Drug Free Workplace Statement: As a Federal Government Contractor, T3i is required to strictly adhere to federally mandated drug-free workplace standards.
