KnitWell Group is seeking a part-time Stylist for the Ann Taylor store in Troy, MI. You will act as the brand ambassador, offering personalized styling guidance and leveraging product knowledge to inspire customers on the sales floor.

In this role you’ll build relationships, drive loyalty through styling appointments, and uphold high visual and service standards. Availability includes evenings, weekends, and holidays in a welcoming, customer-centric environment.

About the role

As a Stylist, you act as the ultimate brand ambassador, providing personalized styling guidance that helps customers express their authentic selves. You'll share your extensive product knowledge, answer questions, and inspire customers with your styling recommendations. By truly listening to their needs, you guide customers to find styles that suit their multifaceted lives. You'll collaborate with your team to achieve business goals, provide personalized customer experiences, and support our always-inviting environment on the sales floor.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to:
Be a representative of the brand and engage with customers to learn their lifestyle, needs, and wants.
Offer customers personalized Styling Appointments to drive brand loyalty.
Share product knowledge and recommendations to style the customer.
Build a customer base through personalized, relationship-based service.
Uphold the highest visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer.
Use technology to stay informed on company priorities and promotions and provide customers with a seamless omnichannel shopping experience by utilizing available tools.
Partner with store leaders to achieve individual goals and daily expectations.
Build productive relationships by sharing ideas and being helpful to others.

Requirements and qualifications

• 1 year Sales Associate or customer-focus experience
• Ability to work 20 hours a week
• Brings a hospitality mindset when engaging with customers
• Enjoys communicating and building relationships
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions
• Flexible availability – including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Bring your personal style and positive energy to the sales floor
