Job summary

Ann Taylor in Hillsdale Shopping Center, San Mateo, CA is seeking a part-time Stylist to act as the brand ambassador on the sales floor. You will provide personalized styling guidance and product knowledge to help customers express their authentic selves.

You will collaborate with store leaders to achieve goals, welcome customers with a hospitality mindset, and build relationships. Deliver a seamless omnichannel experience using available tools and contribute to a welcoming environment.

About the role

As a Stylist, you act as the ultimate brand ambassador, providing personalized styling guidance that helps customers express their authentic selves. You'll share your extensive product knowledge, answer questions, and inspire customers with your styling recommendations. By truly listening to their needs, you guide customers to find styles that suit their multifaceted lives. You'll collaborate with your team to achieve business goals, provide personalized customer experiences, and support our always-inviting environment on the sales floor.
