Responsibilities

• Provide personalized styling recommendations based on client needs and lifestyle.
• Drive sales through active engagement, upselling, and cross-selling.
• Meet or exceed personal and store sales goals and KPIs.
• Build a loyal client base with follow-ups and repeat business.
• Deliver an elevated, brand-aligned customer experience on the sales floor.
• Maintain product knowledge on fit, fabrication, trends, and styling techniques.
• Support visual merchandising and keep the sales floor organized.
• Assist clients with fittings, alterations guidance, and full styling solutions.
• Process POS transactions accurately and handle returns or exchanges.
• Assist with inventory management, restocking, and back-of-house organization.
• Support opening and closing procedures as needed.
