Summary

Commission Sales Associate supporting the men's department at the Aventura store. The role focuses on delivering personalized styling and client service to drive sales and build long-term customer relationships. This part-time commission position requires strong product knowledge and a client-first approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional, personalized service and build lasting client relationships.
• Drive sales and work to meet or exceed individual commission targets.
• Maintain visual presentation, merchandising standards, and organized inventory on the sales floor.
• Process transactions, handle returns, and assist with fitting room management as needed.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of retail or commission sales experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-service focus.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holiday periods; flexible part-time schedule required.
• Ability to stand and move on the sales floor for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
