Cole Haan is hiring a Part-Time Stylist (Sales Associate) to provide expert styling and customer-first service in our Auburn Hills store. You will be a trusted advisor, offering personalized recommendations and building lasting relationships with customers.

As part of the team, you will guide customers through the Step Into Style experience, stay current on seasonal collections, and support store initiatives that drive sales. This role emphasizes appearance, engagement, and a passion for fashion.

• Build customer confidence by thoughtfully addressing concerns, overcoming objections, and recommending solutions that best fit the customer's preferences and needs.
• Stay informed on Cole Haan's seasonal collections, product innovations, key features, and current fashion trends and share relevant information with the customer.

Create Extraordinary Customer Experiences:

• Consistently uphold Cole Haan's valuses by putting the customer first, active with integrity, collaborating with teammates, and delivering experiences that inspire confidence.

Support Store Operations:

• Adhere to company policies and procedures & notify management of any infractions.

• Support and maintain visual merchandising standards consistent with company expectations and the elevated Cole Haan brand experience.
• Support store operations through receiving & processing shipment and sales floor replenishment.
• Support Enterprise Order Management (EOM)-Omni Channel Processing.
• Execute all housekeeping tasks.

• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
• Ability to operate POS systems and perform basic retail operations.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Have reliable transportation/demonstrate reliable attendance.
• Accepts feedback for individual development and makes necessary performance corrections at the direction of store management.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive movements.
• Ability to bend, reach, squat, climb ladders, and move throughout the sales floor.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
