Job summary

Ann Taylor at Huntington Station, operated by KnitWell Group, is seeking a part-time Stylist to provide personalized styling guidance and product knowledge, helping customers express their authentic selves.

You will join a team focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences, collaborating with store leadership to meet daily goals, while maintaining brand standards and a welcoming environment on the sales floor.

Qualifications

• 1 year Sales Associate or customer-focus experience.
• Ability to work 20 hours a week.
• Flexible availability - including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Be a representative of the brand and engage with customers to learn their lifestyle, needs, and wants.
• Offer customers personalized Styling Appointments to drive brand loyalty.
• Share product knowledge and recommendations to style the customer.
• Build a customer base through personalized, relationship-based service.
• Uphold the highest visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer.
• Use technology to stay informed on company priorities and promotions and provide customers with a seamless omnichannel shopping experience by utilizing available tools.
• Partner with store leaders to achieve individual goals and daily expectations.
• Build productive relationships by sharing ideas and being helpful to others.

Pay Range: $18.00 - $22.50 Hourly USD
