Kate Spade New York is seeking a Stylist to serve as trusted advisor, helping customers select products that suit their aesthetic and lifestyle and showing how to incorporate Kate Spade into their wardrobe.

You will greet guests, provide styling advice, guide purchase decisions, and maintain stockroom organization while delivering a seamless checkout. This role requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and busy retail days and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Qualifications

• Professional selling skills with strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Prior experience in a retail environment.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively in a team setting.
• Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni/virtual selling techniques.
• English proficiency (or local language proficiency per market).

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and confidently, demonstrating strong product knowledge.
• Provide styling advice, suggest add-ons, and create complete looks.
• Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless checkout experience.
• Maintain operational excellence, including stockroom organization and POS transactions.
• Drive results through storytelling and deep product knowledge.
