Job summary

Tricoci Salon | Spa is seeking stylists for our Next Training Program starting January 2027 in Illinois. A $2,000 sign-on bonus is offered. You will participate in paid onboarding, ongoing education, and Bellami certification opportunities while building a strong client book.

We provide a structured training program designed to fast‑track your technical skills, service standards, and guest experience across 13 Chicagoland locations. Flexible schedule includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Active Illinois Cosmetology License.
• Passion for guest experience and building client relationships.
• Strong communication skills and a team‑first mindset.
• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods.

Responsibilities

Schedule & Availability

We’re looking for team members with flexibility to work approximately 4 days per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays during peak business hours.

This role also requires full commitment to our structured training program, which is designed to fast-track your technical skills, service standards, and guest experience. Training is scheduled during weekday daytime hours and is a key part of your onboarding and long-term success with Tricoci.

Compensation & Benefits

• $15–$16.20/hour base pay plus commission opportunities exceeding 50%
