Job summary

Tricoci Salon | Spa is seeking experienced stylists with a strong luxury background to join our team in the Chicago area. You have an established clientele and the ability to grow your book, delivering exceptional guest experiences and cutting‑edge service in a high‑end environment.

Training starts November 9th, 2026, with a $2,000 sign‑on bonus for eligible full‑time stylists and competitive pay during onboarding. Flexible schedule and ongoing education are provided.

Qualifications

• Active Illinois Cosmetology License and 5+ years of experience behind the chair.
• Established clientele with a track record of growing their book of business.
• Experience with client rebooking, retail recommendations, and retention strategies.
• Luxury/high‑end salon background and outstanding guest service.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain an established clientele within a luxury setting.
• Grow the book of business through client referrals and rebooking.
• Provide exceptional guest experiences and consult on services and products.

Schedule & Availability

We’re looking for stylists with flexibility to work approximately 4 days per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays during peak business hours.

Our onboarding process recognizes your existing experience, with the potential to shorten or completely test out of training, depending on your skills and qualifications.

What You’ll Need

• Active Illinois Cosmetology License
• Demonstrated experience building and maintaining a clientele
• A passion for luxury service and guest satisfaction
• Flexibility to meet salon scheduling needs
