Job summary

Smart Style Hair Salon is offering a 90-day stylists-in-training program where you learn the business while delivering exceptional service and completing Cosmetology School training to obtain your state license.

You will greet customers, answer calls, keep the salon clean, and follow safety standards. Promotion to stylist is possible after licensure, but not guaranteed, with a focus on Regis values and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Must graduate from an accredited cosmetology school and obtain the license within 90 days of hire.
• Strong communication with customers, coworkers and management.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Learn the ins and outs of growing the business by observing stylists and managers.
• Greet customers and answer the phone; present a friendly image.
• Keep the salon clean and follow safety standards.
• Opportunity for promotion to stylist after licensure (not automatic).
