The stylist-in-training position at Regis is designed for cosmetology school students who are not yet licensed. It aims to integrate future stylists into the salon environment and help them learn the business. By the end of the training, the goal is for the stylist-in-training to obtain the necessary state license and acquire the skills to perform typical stylist duties, with opportunities for promotion.
