This is a temporary 90-day position designed to integrate unlicensed, future stylists into the salon workplace and help them learn the business. Responsibilities include delivering exceptional customer service, effective communication with management, customers, and co-workers, and performing various salon duties.

Potential promotion to a stylist position is possible once licensed, contingent upon application and meeting specific requirements, including holding a valid license and demonstrating Regis values of honesty, accountability, integrity, and respect.

Qualifications:

• Must graduate from an accredited cosmetology school and obtain necessary licenses within 90 days of hire.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment, manage time effectively, and communicate professionally.
• Basic computer skills and flexibility to work nights and weekends.

Essential Functions:

1. Market and Grow the Business: Promote services and products, manage promotional displays, and handle retail sales.
2. Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Greet customers professionally, estimate wait times, answer calls, and handle complaints.
3. Manage and Control Expenses: Follow schedules, charge accurately, and safeguard assets.
4. Complete Administrative Tasks/Compliance: Answer phones, stock shelves, ensure safety standards, attend meetings, and handle POS transactions.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment: Frequent lifting, standing, reaching, occasional pushing/pulling, exposure to chemicals, ladder use, communication with customers, and occasional travel.
