We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Stylist in Training / Apprentice Stylists. This is a temporary 90-day position designed to integrate unlicensed future stylists into the salon environment and help them learn the business. The role involves delivering exceptional customer service and effective communication with management, customers, and co-workers.
The Stylist in Training may be eligible for promotion to a licensed stylist upon obtaining the necessary license and demonstrating proficiency in required skills and adherence to Regis values.
Market and Grow the Business: Promote and sell services and products, recommend additional services, and manage promotional displays.
Customer Service: Greet clients, estimate wait times, answer calls professionally, and handle complaints appropriately.
Expense Management: Follow schedules, correctly charge for services, and safeguard assets.
Administrative Tasks & Compliance: Perform tasks like answering phones, stocking, maintaining safety standards, and POS transactions.
If hired, you will be employed directly by a franchisee of Regis, with employment terms set by the franchisee.
