Responsibilities

Assist in marketing and growing the business, provide excellent guest service, control expenses, and complete all assigned tasks. Offer a range of professional services including haircuts, color, highlights, waxing, and specialty services using proprietary tools and techniques. No appointment necessary; guests can check in online or by phone. Create a friendly, welcoming atmosphere and uphold high-quality standards for stylists and guests.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a dynamic salon environment.
• Good time management, judgment, and multi-tasking skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills for professional communication with customers, co-workers, and management.
• Computer knowledge, including point-of-sale systems and data entry.
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Beauty salon experience preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Standing for extended periods.
• Lifting up to 10 pounds regularly, up to 25 pounds occasionally.
• Repetitive movements with fingers, hands, wrists, and arms.
