Regis Corporation is seeking a Stylist-in-Training in a 90-day temporary program in the United States. You will learn to grow the business while delivering exceptional customer service across all channels, greeting customers, and keeping the salon clean. You may be eligible for promotion to a licensed stylist.

You must graduate cosmetology school and obtain the license within 90 days, demonstrate strong communication, and be flexible with scheduling, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must graduate from accredited cosmetology school and obtain state license within 90 days.
• Strong judgement and time management; thrive in a dynamic salon.
• Excellent communication with customers, coworkers, and management.
• Tech savvy to use our POS systems and enter data.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Learn the ins and outs of growing the business by observing stylists and managers.
• Greet customers and answer the phone with a friendly smile.
• Keep the salon clean and follow safety standards.
• Possible promotion to stylist after licensure; not guaranteed.
• Apply for the stylist position with the franchisee to be considered.
