Free People is seeking a friendly Stylist at the Oak Brook location to help guests find looks that express their personal style. You will drive sales by delivering a genuine, high-energy in-store experience and sharing product knowledge.

You’ll engage customers across all zones, maintain brand standards, support shipments, and collaborate with teammates to execute store initiatives while working flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Act as a brand representative reflecting company values on the sales floor.
• Initiate conversation, share advice and product knowledge with customers in a personalized way.
• Utilize store technology to stay informed on in-store events and offers for an omni-channel experience.
• Collaborate with peers and leadership in daily meetings and store initiatives.
• Maintain visual and operational standards and support shipments and inventory accuracy.
