Free People is hiring a stylist at our Chicago store to drive sales by delivering a genuine customer experience and showcasing the brand's latest looks. You will engage customers, share styling tips, and maintain energised, on-brand service across all store zones.

As part of a collaborative team, you will stay informed about in-store events and offers, support visual standards, and participate in daily briefings and store initiatives to help grow sales and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and a friendly, helpful demeanor.
• Ability to collaborate with peers and leadership in a store environment.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Passion for the Free People brand and its style aesthetic.

Responsibilities

• Initiates conversations, shares styling advice and product knowledge to tailor interactions.
