Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a part-time Stylist at Carlsbad Premium Outlets to assist customers with fashion guidance and promote our omni-channel experience.

You will engage shoppers, suggest looks, and help maintain store standards while supporting cash handling and merchandise processes. The role emphasizes staying on trend, providing exceptional service, and working a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Is fashion savvy and interested in current trends.
• Enjoys being busy and juggling multiple tasks.
• Available to work a flexible schedule to meet, including evening, weekend and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds and stand/walk for long periods.
• Must be 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Suggest looks that incorporate the latest trends and current promotions based on the consumer's needs consistent with Levi's service approach.
• Promote Levi's omni experience by engaging consumers with Red Tab Loyalty program.
• Resolve consumer concerns in a manner consistent with company policy and with consumer satisfaction in mind.
• Efficient handling of cash, merchandise operations, including shipment processing, floor set, markdowns and replenishment, while maintaining standards.
• Comply with Levi's Stores policies and procedures and follow directives of store management.
