Job summary

Ulta Beauty in River Forest, IL seeks a stylist to engage guests, consult on hair care, perform services and drive guest satisfaction while contributing to store goals.

You will work with the Experience Manager and the team, follow safety and sanitation standards, and participate in trainings to grow your skills in color, cuts, makeup and extensions.

This full-time role offers a pay range of $15–$19 per hour plus service-based pay, with benefits and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Cosmetology license is required.
• Previous salon experience is preferred.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform hair services including design, color, styling, extensions, and related treatments.
• Meet or exceed sales and productivity goals for services and retail.
• Demonstrate business acumen and drive growth opportunities.
• Conduct product demonstrations to enhance sales and guest experience.
• Support in-store events, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
• Follow safety and sanitation standards and state guidelines.
• Maintain attendance and professional salon image standards.
