Job summary

Ulta Beauty in Lake Forest, CA is seeking a Master Stylist to engage guests, consult on hair care needs, and deliver quality services with a focus on the guest’s total look. You will support the Experience Manager and collaborate with skin therapists and the retail team to drive service sales, build lasting client relationships, and stay informed about trends, products, and safety standards.

This role requires a Cosmetology license, prior salon experience, and the ability to work flexible hours

Qualifications

• Cosmetology license required.
• Previous relevant work experience is required.
• Proficiency with latest salon techniques.

Responsibilities

• Perform hair services including design, cuts, color, texture, styling, extensions, makeup, and ear piercing where applicable.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and productivity targets for hair services and contribute to retail/service sales.
• Demonstrate and sell professional hair care and makeup products.
• Support in-store events, promotions and marketing initiatives to enhance guest experience.
• Stay informed on industry trends, products, and services to better serve guests.
• Maintain prompt attendance and high service standards.
