Job summary

Qualifications

• Cosmetology license required.
• Previous relevant salon experience preferred.
• Proficient in haircutting, color, styling, extensions, makeup.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Perform hair services including hair design, haircuts, color, texture, styling, updos, keratin treatments, extensions and makeup (where applicable).
• Meet or exceed sales goal of $800 average weekly sales and productivity for hair services.
• Demonstrate business acumen with understanding of business drivers and growth opportunities.
• Perform product demonstrations with guests to drive sales and guest experience.
• Support in-store events, promotions and marketing initiatives for an unrivaled guest experience.
• Stay informed on new industry trends, products, and services and be knowledgeable about ingredients and benefits.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
