KnitWell Group seeks a part-time Stylist to act as the brand ambassador on the Franklin, TN sales floor. You will provide personalized styling guidance, share product knowledge, and inspire customers with recommendations to match their lifestyles.

You’ll collaborate with team members to meet sales goals, maintain store standards, and build lasting relationships with customers while delivering exceptional in-store experiences.

Qualifikationen

• 1 year Sales Associate or customer-focus experience.
• Ability to work 20 hours a week.
• Brings a hospitality mindset when engaging with customers.
• Enjoys communicating and building relationships.
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions.

• Use technology to stay informed on company priorities and promotions and provide customers with a seamless omnichannel shopping experience by utilizing available tools.
