Job summary

Boardroom Salon for Men is hiring a Licensed Barber to join our Tulsa Warren Place location. You will deliver precision men's cuts, including fades and tapers, and provide grooming services while building relationships with our members who value consistency.

We offer guaranteed hourly pay with tips and commissions, a set schedule, and a collaborative shop culture in a premium workspace. A valid Oklahoma barber or cosmetology license is required, with at least one year of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication to ensure guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Deliver precision men's cuts: fades, tapers, bald fades, classic cuts, and modern styles.
• Straight razor shaves, beard detailing, and grooming services (ear, nose, & eyebrow waxing).
• Build relationships with members who return for your services.
• Represent Boardroom brand with professional appearance and craft.

• Delivering precision men's cuts: fades, tapers, bald fades, classic cuts, and modern styles
