Qualifications

• Active Texas cosmetology or barber license.
• Superior client service and communication skills.
• At least one year of salon or barbershop experience.
• Proficiency in men’s grooming including haircuts and beard care.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to ensure clients feel welcomed and valued.
• Communicate effectively to ensure client satisfaction with services rendered.
• Perform hair and beard cutting, trimming, and styling per client preferences, including related services.
• Utilize POS system to add notes in client accounts and process transactions.
• Assist with marketing and sales by educating clients on products, services, and promotions.
• Collaborate with shop team to meet performance goals.
