Kate Spade New York is seeking a stylist to help customers select products that fit their aesthetic and lifestyle, pairing pieces into complete looks and teaching customers how to incorporate Kate Spade into their wardrobes. You will greet guests, share brand knowledge, and guide purchase decisions while maintaining stockroom and POS operations.

A flexible schedule including weekends is required, with strong interpersonal and styling skills.

Qualifications

• Professional selling skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a team.
• Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni/virtual selling.
• English proficiency (local market language as applicable).
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and busy days.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and handle stockroom tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and demonstrate strong product knowledge.
• Provide styling advice, suggest add-ons, and create complete looks.
• Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless checkout.
