Job description

Dolled Up Salon, located right outside downtown Clearwater, is looking for a Salon Assistant to help our stylists with their day to day duties and needs, to better service our clients.

We are a full-service hair salon, specializing in blowouts, haircuts, professional color, hair extensions, and make-up.

Salon Assistant responsibilities include:

• Offer beverages and chat with clients who are in the waiting area
• Washing out clients hair.
• Helping salon stylists with color, extension or other styling services.
• Inform clients about new services
• Cross-sell services and products when appropriate (e.g. through informative brochures and gift cards)
• Maintain a tidy stylist space
• Assist the salon owner and stylists as needed.

Note – Salon Assistants must be in cosmetology school or licensed.

Pay range is negotiable and based on experience. We would love to help jumpstart a new cosmetology graduate or stylist returning to the cosmetology field into their career.
