Qualifications

• Current Cosmetology License (Required) or Barbering License (Preferred).
• Existing clientele to fulfil minimum requirements of 15 paid guests in first 30 days, 10 retail products sold per month, and 50% pre-booking average.
• Strong understanding of color theory and its practical applications.
• Successfully complete 30 and 60 day performance and educational milestones.
• Experience with retail math to manage inventory and cash handling effectively.
• Proficiency with salon software for managing appointments and client records.
• Excellent communication skills with clients and colleagues.
• Ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and teamwork.

Job Types

• Full-time, Part-time

Pay

• Average pay ranges from $16.90 to $50.00 per hour, based on service and retail commission plus gratuity.
• Performance directly determines earning potential, meaning the more you excel, the more you can earn - your success has no limits!

Expected Hours

• No less than 12 per week up to 40 hours per week.

Shift Availability

• Day, Night, and Weekend shifts (Preferred)
