Responsibilities

• Review results weekly through a Retail Scorecard.
• Participate in monthly one-on-one progress reviews and development goals.
• Contribute to storewide sales objectives and client growth initiatives.
• Participate in a formal year-end performance review.

Position Overview

The Stylist delivers exceptional client experiences through elevated service, expert styling, and consistent sales performance. The Stylist supports operational excellence by ensuring merchandise is prepared, styled, and presented to the highest standards.

Client Experience & Styling

• Deliver luxury styling sessions tailored to each client.
• Provide personalized product knowledge, fit guidance, and styling solutions.
• Build repeat business through consistent outreach and relationship building.

Marketing & Content

• Support styling of flat lays, looks, and in-store visual content for marketing and advertising as directed by management.
• Participate in creating photos or social media content on the clock to support brand marketing.
• All content, photography, and styling produced while on the clock is the property of SW/TCH.
• Achieve weekly sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by management.
• Review results weekly through a Retail Scorecard.
• Participate in monthly one-on-one touch bases to assess progress and development goals.
• Contribute to storewide sales objectives and client growth initiatives.
• Take part in a formal year-end performance review to evaluate results and development.
