  • Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and the creative/marketing team to plan shot lists and styling boards.
  • Maintain and organize the wardrobe/sample closet, including check‑in/check‑out of pulled pieces.
  • Stay current on streetwear trends, silhouettes, and culture to inform styling choices.
  • Direct talent/models on set regarding fit, layering, and posing to best showcase the product.
  • Ensure color accuracy and consistency between styled looks and final edited content.
  • Manage styling budgets and source props, accessories, or additional wardrobe pieces as needed.
  • Partner with e‑commerce and marketing teams to ensure content meets platform and campaign specs.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in design or related field; formal training in fashion styling, photography, or a related field preferred.

  • Strong organizational skills, especially around sample/wardrobe management.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven creative environment.
  • Comfortable collaborating with photographers, models, and cross‑functional creative teams.
  • Portfolio of prior styling and/or photo/video work required.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand and be on your feet for extended periods during shoots.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds (garment racks, equipment, props).
  • Ability to bend, kneel, reach, and perform repetitive motions while styling on set.
