Sterling Healthcare Management, LLC in Indiana is seeking a licensed hairdresser to operate an on-site salon for our community residents as an independent contractor. You set your own hours, build your client base, and manage your salon your way.

We provide the space, water, electricity, towels, and cleaning; you bring tools and expertise. Earn 90% of gross billings with weekly reimbursements, while the community retains 10% of gross billings.

Qualifications

• Current, valid cosmetology license in Indiana.
• Experience working with elderly clients preferred.
• Professional, reliable, and self-motivated.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.

Responsabilités

• Set your own hours of operation and manage your own schedule (Ideal hours of operation range between 10am-4pm).
• Schedule and confirm appointments with residents directly.
• Supply your own professional tools, products, and supplies.
• Maintain your own business records and documentation.
• Submit signed receipts to the Business Office for each service rendered.
• Provide courteous, patient, and professional service to elderly residents.
• Maintain a clean and safe salon environment during your hours.

About This Opportunity
