Maintain a current cosmetology license, attend ongoing training, and participate in regular salon meetings as an independent franchisee employee partner. Flexible availability and reliable performance are essential.

Purpose:A Supercuts hairstylist is the most important position in the Supercuts system. We are very proud of our hairstylists and we believe that they are the best in the industry. The certification our stylists receive upon graduation from the Hairstylist Academy (HSA) represents our promise to our customer. A promise that each and every hairstylist that we employ is a fully trained and highly competent professional.The Supercuts stylist is responsible for serving customers in a friendly, professional manner, understanding the customers and their satisfaction are of the utmost importance.
