Floyd's 99 Barbershop in Austin (Lamar Blvd) is hiring a stylist who wants to grow, create, and thrive with a supportive team. You’ll craft fresh cuts, deliver color services guests love, and build lasting relationships with guests in a high-energy shop.

We offer uncapped commission from 40% to 55%, guaranteed hourly earnings for stability, and potential earnings of $30,000–$60,000+ annually, with top earners reaching $100,000+.

Qualifications

• Active Texas Cosmetology License is required.
• Strong guest interaction and people skills.
• Desire to grow and learn in a busy barber/beauty environment.
