You'll earn uncapped commission starting at 40%, with opportunities to grow to 55%. You'll also have a guaranteed minimum hourly wage, and you'll always receive whichever amount is higher.

Most Floyd's Barbers earn between $30,000-$60,000+ annually. Top earners can make $100,000+.
