Responsibilities

• Engage customers with genuine conversations to enhance their experience.
• Assist on the sales floor by offering product recommendations and personalized service.
• Process transactions and place orders for items not in stock.
• Build relationships with teammates and share product knowledge.
• Contribute to a positive store culture and participate in store initiatives.
• Share feedback to store leadership about customer and staff experience.
• Support shipment and restock processes to keep floor stock updated.
• Maintain Anthropologie’s visual and operational standards on every shift.
• Stay informed on merchandising updates and seasonal trends.
• Assist in omni-channel fulfillment when needed.
