Job summary

Knitwell Group in Oxon Hill, MD is seeking a Sales Associate who serves as the brand ambassador, offering personalized styling and ensuring the store is inviting and well-organized for customers. You’ll collaborate with the team to create memorable shopping experiences and support our welcoming environment on the sales floor.

You’ll use technology and a POS system to assist customers, stay informed on priorities, and help deliver an seamless omnichannel experience across our brands.

Qualifications

• Sales Associate or customer-focused experience (preferred).
• Brings a hospitality mindset when engaging with customers.
• Flexible availability – including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
