• Consistently deliver guest experience commitments to create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience.
• Lead and coach a team of hourly consultants to meet sales and service goals.
• Plan and validate floor sets, displays and merchandising to drive top-line results.
• Lead apparel backroom processes including sorting, backroom organization and replenishment.
• Model safety and security practices and ensure store compliance and guest safety.
