Job summary

Chico's FAS, Inc. in Foley, AL is seeking a Support Associate to uphold a MAPS-inspired service and a product-focused sales culture.

You will handle merchandise, stock processing, stockroom organization, and basic store operations to keep the floor ready for customers. In this role you will assist with pricing changes, visual merchandising, transfers, and maintaining clean, organized spaces while providing excellent customer service and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous stock or cashier experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company.
• Must be able to work the majority of the shift standing.
• Ability to work quickly and within strict timelines.
• Ability to demonstrate teamwork.
• Exposure to visual merchandising and product placement techniques desired.
• Communicate with customers, Associates, and Management; wear / communicate with headset.
• Regular attendance is essential; flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Processes merchandise, ensuring items are properly stored and located for replenishment.
• Ensures new products are properly merchandised in a timely manner.
• Enters receiving documents, reconciles invoices, and processes transfers.
• Stores stockroom materials and supports signage and visuals.
• Participates in pricing changes and markdowns.
• Alerts management to cash supply needs.
• Assists with visual directives and boutique cleanliness.
• Models MAPS principles and promotes a cohesive omni-channel experience.
• Promotes an inclusive, collaborative approach to problem solving.
• Opens to personal development and feedback.
