Job summary

Lands' End Store in Woodbury, MN is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver outstanding customer service and drive profitable sales through product expertise and advanced selling skills.

You will help customers with outfitting options, manage transactions, stay current on fashion trends, and maintain store standards. Previous retail experience is preferred and a HS diploma is commonly expected.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail strongly preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Demonstrates consistent performance and growing expertise in specialized tasks.

Responsibilities

• Drives sales by utilizing consultative selling to identify customer needs and provide solutions.
• Provides highest degree of customer service; greeting customers and adjusting attention based on store traffic.
• Maintains knowledge of Lands' End website navigation for customer solutions when product not in store.
• Processes customer transactions using the POS and online system (sales, returns, exchanges).
• Maintains knowledge of Lands' End products and services and current fashion trends to enhance service and sales.
• Performs markdown and other promotional activities as needed.
• Responsible for stock replenishment and adherence to visual brand standards.
