Job summary

The Lane Bryant Associate at KnitWell Group is seeking a part-time team member to create a hospitable store environment and engage customers to drive sales and brand experience. You will showcase current products, fits, and fashion trends while supporting store operations in Amarillo, TX.

Applicants should have strong sales or hospitality experience and be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Proficient use of mobile devices to assist customers is required.

Qualifications

• Strong sales or hospitality experience preferred with demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance standards.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficient and confident utilizing mobile technology to engage with customers.
• Adjust or move store fixtures including shelving and merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds with assistance as needed.
• Retrieve merchandise above shoulder level and use a 12-foot ladder for overhead tasks.
