• Effective communication skills in person and on the sales floor
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Quickly resolve guest questions and needs
• Maintain focus and multi-task in a busy store environment

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and keep a guest-ready floor with visual standards and signing
• Use store tools to understand sales and inventory and assist guests
• Sort freight and push merchandise to the sales floor
• Set visual displays and merchandising guides for guest experience
• Maintain product availability and floor coverage
• Organize backroom and support replenishment and fulfillment
• Remerchnadise presentations to inspire guests
• Support price changes and signing
• Maintain fitting rooms to welcome and assist guests
• Assist with fulfillment and guest needs throughout the day
• Follow safety policies and ensure compliance
• Support guest services like back-up cashier and Drive-up
• Create a welcoming guest experience and thank shoppers
• All other duties as needed
