Job summary

Target in Chicago is seeking a Style Consultant to help guests on the sales floor and in the fitting rooms. You will ensure the floor is visually appealing, accurately priced, and fully stocked, with enthusiastic guest interactions throughout your shift.

Responsibilities include assisting guests, handling basic cash operations when needed, and maintaining a safe, organized selling environment. Training is provided for new team members.

Qualifications

• Interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories.
• Welcoming attitude toward guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple devices and operate handheld scanners.
• Effective communication skills.
• Work independently and with a team.
• Resolve guest questions quickly.
• Capable of lifting up to 44 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor with visual presentations and accurate signing.
• Leverage store tools to monitor sales, inventory, and guest needs.
• Sort truck freight and push merchandise to the sales floor.
• Set up visual merchandising guides to enhance guest experience.
