You will leverage product knowledge and digital tools to enhance engagement, build lasting relationships, and contribute to visual presentation and store operations. Flexibility to work varied hours is expected.

Qualifications

• Fluency in local language required; additional language a plus.
• Preferred 1–3 years in a customer-facing role.
• Self-motivation with a positive attitude and professional selling techniques.
• Strong customer focus with presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to monitor trends and understand local market both online and offline.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in expressing their personality through dream looks and drive store objectives.
• Provide product knowledge and suggest upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
• Cultivate lasting customer relationships via omnichannel interactions and personalized offers.
• Contribute to store presentation and ensure adherence to brand visuals.
• Assist with opening/closing, inventory, and health & safety standards; use IT tools to enhance engagement.
