Qualifications

• Fluency in local language.
• Preferred 1–3 years of relevant customer-facing experience.
• Self-motivation with a positive attitude and professional selling techniques.
• Good customer focus with strong presentation, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to monitor trends and understand the local market (online and offline).
• Flexibility to adapt to evolving business needs and to work varied hours.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in expressing their personality through their dream looks and contribute to store objectives.
• Provide product insights, recommend items, and execute up-selling and cross-selling strategies.
• Nurture client relationships with omnichannel engagement and personalized offers.
• Contribute to store presentation and maintain brand-standard displays.
