Golden Goose seeks a Sales Associate (Style Maker) to introduce customers to the Golden world, craft personalized looks, and reflect the brand's values. You will build lasting client relationships, drive sales, and embody exceptional service at the Beverly Hills store on Rodeo Drive.

The role reports to the Store Manager and requires a passion for fashion, strong communication, and the ability to deliver a memorable Golden experience both in-store and digitally.

Qualifications

• Fluency in local language.
• Preferred 1–3 years of relevant experience in a customer-facing role.
• Self-motivation with a positive attitude and professional selling techniques.
• Good customer focus with strong presentation, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to monitor and understand relevant industry trends and local market (online and offline).
• Flexibility to adapt to evolving business needs and customers.
• Strong team player.
• Availability to work varied hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Flexibility to travel for specific missions or support.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in expressing their personality through their ideal dream looks and contribute to store objectives.
• Provide product insights, recommend additional items, and apply up-selling and cross-selling strategies.
• Cultivate and sustain relationships with customers using omnichannel tools and personalized offers.
• Contribute to store presentation and maintain brand-aligned visuals.
• Support store operations including opening/closing, inventory, and safety standards.
• Leverage IT and digital tools to enhance engagement and processes.
