Responsibilities

• Consistently demonstrate the AEO Customer First selling standards to deliver a positive customer experience and achieve daily sales goals.
• Drive brand loyalty by informing customers about loyalty programs and promotions.
• Use store tools and knowledge to provide product information and maximize sales.
• Support fellow employees by sharing knowledge and assisting in customer interactions.
• Suggest looks and trends to customers based on their style and current promotions.
• Promote awareness of the AEO and Todd Snyder brands to customers.
• Process register sales quickly and accurately per cash control procedures.
• Restock returns to proper locations and ensure damaged items are labeled and stored appropriately.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized sales floor, cash wrap, fitting room and stockroom.
• Handle merchandise through shipments, floorsets, markdowns and replenishment following SOP.
• Resolve customer concerns in line with policy and with customer satisfaction in mind.
• Understand and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
